Farmers have flooded their fields. Now they face sanctions for failing to fulfill their obligations.

Farmers are afraid of the imposition of administrative sanctions and the loss of due payments due to difficulties in fulfilling obligations, even though it was largely impossible due to flooded fields. The National Council of Agricultural Chambers (KRIR) has appealed against the imposition of sanctions on farmers from disaster-stricken areas who cannot meet the deadlines for obligations arising from the implementation of activities under the Strategic Plan for the Common Agricultural Policy and the Rural Development Program.
