One of the main topics of the Second meeting of the Fish Club was the increase in the consumption of fish and seafood in the country. This task was considered from various angles: the quality and quantity of fish products, the interaction of participants in the supply chain, price, marketing, and so on. At the meeting, the concept of "Fish Day – Every Day," developed by the Fish Union's eponymous working group, was presented. Details were shared by Yekaterina Kulenko, Marketing Director of "Meridian" (the company is part of "Unifrost" and a member of the Fish Union).
