Fishing sector bets on diversification to recover

The fishing sector, aimed at direct human consumption, is committed to the diversification of its production line to recover, in a first phase, and then move to a stage of expansion both in the national and international markets, with a more varied offer. The president of the Fisheries and Aquaculture committee of the National Society of Industries (SNI), Alfonso Miranda, explains that this work strategy necessarily considers the constant search for cost optimization and the expansion of the production line to maintain the competitiveness of this industry.
