A signing of protocols to govern the export of millet and medicinal plant raw materials for Chinese medicine took place during Russian-Chinese talks in Beijing. The protocols, signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin of Russia and Premier Li Qiang of China, outline the phytosanitary requirements for these products. The protocol on requirements for grain will be enforced by the Rosselkhoznadzor and the Main Customs Administration of China.
