Bmti surveys reveal a downward trend in prices for soft wheat, barley, sorghum, and soy due to decreased global demand. Soy flour prices are also dropping due to the availability of new products. Protein sunflower flour prices continue to fall, while rapeseed flour and wholemeal sunflower flour prices remain steady. Barley prices have seen a significant annual decrease of 26%, and soybean prices are also falling due to limited global demand, showing a 17% annual variation. Domestic soybean flour prices have also decreased by 6% annually.
