Food Promotion Agency's Co-developed 'Abalone Seaweed Rice', First Export to the United States

The Korea Food Industry Cluster Promotion Agency (hereinafter referred to as the Food Promotion Agency) and Haedam Fisheries Co., Ltd. held a first export shipping ceremony for 'Abalone Tots Rice' to the United States on July 11th. The export volume is valued at $17,300 and is scheduled to be sold through online and offline distribution channels in the U.S. This export was conducted under the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs' support through the Food Promotion Agency's '2025 Joint Technology Development Project', applying Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technology. This is a representative case of rapidly developing products to meet local demand and successfully exporting them.
