For more than a decade, the American Chamber of Commerce in Argentina (AmCham) has set the tone for the first months of the year with an event that brings together businessmen, public sector officials, legislators, and academics. This year, the AmCham Summit will have the motto "A federal Argentina in development" and will focus on the sectors, and also the geographies, that are currently driving the local economy. The event will take place this Tuesday at the Buenos Aires Convention Center, where it is expected that President Javier Milei, Minister Luis Caputo, and a large part of the national Cabinet, as well as Buenos Aires City Chief of Government Jorge Macri, several provincial governors, and legislators will speak. The event will be headed by the AmCham president and CEO of the energy company Aconcagua, Mariana Schoua.
