[Agricultural, Fisheries, and Livestock Newspaper=Reporter Hong Jeong-min] Former chairman of the Korea Pork Producers Association, Son Se-hee, received the Order of Industrial Service Merit at the '30th Farmers' Day Ceremony' held at Wonju Youth Square in Gangwon on the 11th. The ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Kim Min-seok, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Song Mi-ryeong, and other government officials, as well as representatives of agricultural organizations. Honors, awards, and various government commendations were presented to meritorious individuals who contributed to the development of agriculture and livestock. Since taking office as chairman of the Korea Pork Producers Association in 2021 and chairman of the Livestock-Related Organizations Council in 2024, former chairman Son Se-hee has led policy cooperation with the government and the National Assembly to ensure the stability and sustainability of the 9 trillion won pork industry annually.
