The cargo, of high sanitary risk -because it could carry quarantine pests that would affect national agriculture-, consisted of papayas, granadillas, potatoes, mangoes, sweet cucumbers, passion fruit, bananas, chili peppers, guavas, yams, custard apples, pitahayas, tomatoes from tree, tamarinds, copaos and even raw milk and herbs, which were presumed to be distributed to satisfy the high demand for fresh products for national holidays.
