The coffee economy shows solid figures on the international stage. Between January and November 2025, Peruvian coffee exports exceeded $1,581 million, representing a 54% growth over the previous year. This dynamism is reinforced by organic coffee, whose orders increased by 109%. However, domestic consumption remains a challenge, standing at just 1.6 kg per capita, a figure lower than the 2.5 kg of Colombia or the 5.5 kg of Brazil.
