From the garden to the market: How to store picked fruits longer

In the series "Dutch Solutions for Bulgarian Fruits" we have already traced all the stages of building a successful and sustainable fruit orchard – from planning, through planting and constructions, right up to management. In the fifth and final article on the topic, we focus on post-harvest processing – the key link between production and the consumer. Here, the right technology ensures that the fruits remain fresh, attractive, and safe until they reach their final destination.
