From traditional liquor to hotteok... spreading the 'taste of Korea' to world leaders

The government is accelerating preparations to promote 'K-Food' during the '2025 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Summit'. Agriculture, Forestry, Fisheries and Food Minister Song Mi-ryeong visited Gimhae Airport on the 24th, the first gateway to APEC, to inspect the on-site preparations for plant and animal quarantine and K-Food promotion, and urged for seamless preparation. The Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs plans to operate its own food truck near the APEC media center to introduce 'K-Desserts' such as hotteok and yakgwa.
