Gaowen forms an alliance with SePRO to bring herbicides and biocides to the U.S. market.

According to the agreement, FMC will obtain the marketing, sales, and subsequent development rights for Brake herbicide, Brake On! herbicide, and Bio-Tam bio-fungicide in the U.S. market. According to FMC, these products are highly effective in high-value crop protection and resistance management. Currently, the products are only sold in the U.S., and FMC will evaluate the possibility of introducing them to other regions in the future.

Product Introduction

· Brake herbicide: A pre-emergence herbicide used to control broadleaf and grass weeds, with outstanding resistance management advantages.

· Brake On! herbicide: Provides long-lasting residual effect and is safe for some crops.

· Bio-Tam bio-fungicide: A bio-fungicide against soil-borne diseases, providing a sustainable protection solution for crops.

SePRO CEO Tyler Koschnick said, "By licensing the Brake and Brake On! product series and returning Bio-Tam to FMC operations, we are expanding its influence in the U.S. market and laying the foundation for potential growth."

To maintain the product development momentum and ensure seamless customer service, several SePRO team members, including Sean Lynch, RJ Byrne, Bret Mize, and Leslie Rogers, will join FMC.
