Garlic cultivation in Portugal mainly managed by Spanish companies

"We grow our garlic in the province of Ciudad Real, where we have plots in several municipalities," they explain at Interajos, a company from Extremadura. "At the moment the crops look good, but it is still much too early to declare victory. There are still a few months before the harvest starts and a lot can happen.
