In April, coffee exports from ICO member and non-member countries saw a significant increase of 16.8%, totaling 11.96 million 60-kilo bags compared to the same month in 2023. The first seven months of the 2023/24 season witnessed an 11.1% rise in coffee exports, reaching 80.99 million bags, compared to the 72.88 million bags exported during the same period of the 2022/23 season. Additionally, the period from October to April saw an increase in Arabica coffee exports, with 79 million bags compared to 76.2 million in the previous period, while Robusta coffee shipments also increased to 52.03 million bags from 49.06 million.
