Goheung-gun, Jeollanam-do in South Korea has announced a partnership with Shanghai Konhwa International Co., Ltd. of China to export Goheung citron worth $100,000. The deal was inspired by the successful sales of the Firefly Citron Farming Association's stick-type citron tea on Weidien, a Chinese online shopping platform, since last year. This initiative is part of Goheung-gun's strategy to promote overseas marketing, particularly global online exports, due to COVID-19.
