AK Party Manisa Deputy Murat Baybatur, together with AK Party Manisa Deputy Tamer Akkal, revealed that they had a meeting with Agriculture and Forestry Minister İbrahim Yumaklı about the project to transfer water from Eziler Stream to Buldan Dam. Baybatur stated that the project to transfer water from Eziler Stream to Buldan Dam would reduce the water shortage in the Sarıgöl Plain, and that 273 hectares of agricultural land would be opened to irrigation with an investment of 110 million TL, thereby increasing the farmer's yield. Baybatur explained that within the scope of the Eziler Derivation project, water to be taken from Eziler Stream would be transferred to Buldan Dam via a transmission line, thus including approximately 273 hectares of agricultural land that could not be irrigated before due to water shortage.
