GOST for non-alcoholic wine will appear in Russia by the next agricultural season.

"Non-alcoholic wine is no longer something that would elicit a smirk a few years ago," noted Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Economic Policy, Sergey Altukhov. "This is a serious and sustainable trend. People who give up alcohol do not want to give up the culture of wine consumption." According to him, the growth in demand is evident: non-alcoholic wines are increasingly appearing in restaurants and on the shelves of chain stores, and the assortment is rapidly expanding. The problem is that almost all of this production is imported. "The task of the industry is to start production in Russia. We need not just to promote non-alcoholic wine, but to confidently occupy a niche in this market," Altukhov emphasized.
