Sambas Regency in Indonesia is being prioritized for agricultural development, with a focus on citrus farming. The government is encouraging the export of oranges from Sambas, with the Krisma variety already sold to Malaysia. Farmers in the region are starting to use technology to produce citrus fruits that can be harvested year-round. The Ministry of Agriculture has allocated funds for the introduction of Bujangseta technology, which can increase production, on 50 hectares of land in Sambas Regency.
