Grain from Ukraine: Ukraine sent 14.6 thousand tons of flour to Sudan

As part of the Grain from Ukraine initiative, the second batch of humanitarian grain shipments arrived in Sudan from Ukraine. This was reported by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine. MV Future ID delivered 14,600 tons of flour ground from Ukrainian wheat. These agricultural products should be distributed among two million people in Sudan. These residents suffered from the war. Germany, Spain, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, the Republic of Korea, Ireland, Hungary, Canada and Belgium acted as donors for sending two cargoes. The first country allocated $15 million, and the latter collected a total of $23.8 million. Currently, 18 million people in Sudan suffer from acute food shortages.
