Heavy rain and hail damage have affected over 5,300 hectares of crops in the Krasnodar Territory, with the incident primarily impacting the village of Novoplastunovskaya. The damage is to crops of wheat, barley, corn, sunflower, soybeans, and sugar beets. The largest impact was reported last week, leading to the introduction of an emergency regime in the Pavlovsky district. The regional authorities have pledged to provide assistance, including soft loans, to the affected farms.
