The top exporters were Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay, with a total export of 28,848.14 tons to eight continents. The CEO of SIILHalal, Chaiboun Darwiche, sees potential for growth, especially with access to the Muslim consumer market of 1.8 billion people. In 2020, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa were the main buyers, spending a total of US$ 1.58 million on Brazilian chocolate.
