Despite a year-end with rising numbers, the annual balance left a historic mark: in 2025, per capita consumption fell below 16 liters per person, the lowest level on record. This is reflected in the latest data released by the National Institute of Viticulture (INV), which show that the annual average reached just 15.77 liters per inhabitant, with an average monthly consumption of 1.31 liters.
