Hops according to European standards: The President signed Law No. 4341-IX

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed the Law of Ukraine No. 4341-IX "On Hops and Hop Products". The law is aimed at regulating the hops and hop products industry, bringing the basic principles and requirements for growing, producing, processing, labeling, and certifying hops and hop products into line with European Union standards. Also, according to the law, the legal framework for the activities of central executive bodies, business entities, and the procedure for state control in this area are regulated. The law establishes detailed rules for the certification of hops and hop products: the conceptual framework is aligned; the procedure for certification of hops (hop products) is standardized - the list of documents for obtaining a certificate, the content of the necessary information, the procedure for authorizing certification centers, etc. is determined; provides for the procedure for official supervision (control) in the production of hops (hop products), ...
