With the start of the new horseradish harvest in October/November 2022, the prices for raw horseradish products will increase about 35%. This means that the price increases of the past few years have continued and the all-time high from last year has once again been clearly exceeded. The reasons for this lie in this year's drought in the main European growing region of eastern Hungary, as well as the shortage and extreme price increases for fertilizers.
