Huánuco. The III Regional Banana and Plantain Festival established itself as a key showcase to promote the legitimate and sustainable economy of the Alto Huallaga. From September 12 to 14, hundreds of visitors enjoyed the varied local production and gastronomy: from chapos, chifles, and tacachos to a cup of hot chocolate made with 100% cacao.
