Huelva Riega insists that the improvement of the Doñana aquifer depends on complying with the Transfer Law and executing the planned infrastructures.

The Association of Irrigation Communities of Huelva, Huelva Riega, has reminded today that it is not possible to guarantee the recovery and improvement of the Doñana aquifer as long as the Transfer Law to the County is not fully complied with and the hydraulic infrastructures that this law declares as priorities are not executed.
