Hummeister School Wins 60 Medals at German Meat Processing Competition

The German-style Meat Processing Technology School Homemeisters won 60 medals at the 2025 IFFA International Meat Processing Competition, widely promoting domestic meat processing technology. Homemeisters participated in the '2025 IFFA International Meat Processing Competition' held in Frankfurt, Germany from May 3rd to 8th, announcing that they won a total of 60 medals, including 47 gold medals and 13 silver medals. IFFA is the world's largest meat processing industry exhibition held every three years, where meat processing experts from around the world compete with their technologies and products. Homemeisters sent a total of 8 trainees to this year's competition, all of whom won awards and achieved notable results in various product categories, including salami.
