—What is the business model of UAG and Granosur? —Our business scheme is based on these two companies, although we have several other companies operating, but they all fall under these two major umbrellas. UAG has around 83,000 hectares of land in Uruguay, which it leases out for the most part. The area of own production is approximately 7,000 hectares. —Could we say that Granosur is the commercial leg? —Granosur has modern and new silo plants, with all the commercial equipment that works in them. There is one in Paysandú, one in Montevideo, one of the plants that was from the Ministry in Tacuarembó and we have some partnerships with companies where we have a stake, such as one in Young called Loginpro. This way we serve the local industry, buy grains, have a technical commercial team with which we advise producers, sell inputs and operate mainly in the dry grain market: canola, barley, wheat, corn and soybeans.
