According to a report released by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Cambodia, the detailed data for Cambodian agricultural product exports in 2025 is as follows: Total export volume: 14.9105 million tons (an increase of 27.83%); Rice export volume: 6.8599 million tons (an increase of 48.85%); Rice export volume: 0.9403 million tons (an increase of 45.59%). Other agricultural products (excluding rice): 7.1102 million tons. Additionally, the food balance for the remaining rice harvest from the rainy season (including both consumption and export) is 5.0858 million tons (approximately equal to 3.2549 million tons of rice), which is an important reserve for national food security and continues to support exports to the international market. Cambodia's Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Veng Sakhon, emphasized that agricultural production, including rice, rice, mixed crops, fruit trees, vegetables, and meat, is showing a significant growth trend. Despite some tensions with the border regions of Thailand, Cambodia's agricultural production and export activities are proceeding normally without any disruptions, which confirms Cambodia's true control over food security.
