In 7 months, Ukraine imported 7,000 tons of crustaceans

Ukraine imported 7,000 tons of crustaceans in the first seven months of 2023, amounting to a value of $42.6 million, according to the State Customs Service. In July alone, Ukraine spent $7 million to purchase 1.2 thousand tons of crustaceans. The majority of these imports came from Ecuador (24.3%), followed by Canada (15.9%) and Greenland (13.6%). Additionally, Ukraine earned $2.7 million from exporting shellfish during this period.
