Last week in Ukraine, rain without frost prevailed, which did not allow an increase in the pace of harvesting late crops, so farmers managed to thresh only 211 thousand hectares or 5% of the corn area, while the percentage of harvested sunflower area remained at 93%. According to the operational data of the Ministry of Economy, Environment, and Agriculture, as of December 11, in Ukraine, from 10,767 million hectares or 92% of the planned area, 55,471 million tons of grains and legumes have been harvested with an average yield of 51.5 tons per hectare.
