[Rural Fisheries and Livestock Newspaper=Reporter Kim Jeong-hee] Namil-myeon (Head Kang Sung-bok) in Geumsan County is increasing resident satisfaction through the Rural Village Shared Meal Helper Support Project, which aims to solve the problem of insufficient labor in rural areas and form a village community culture. This project, which has been supported with 15 million won since May, has selected five villages within the district and provides support such as village-specific meals and group lunch delivery. This not only expands agricultural workers' participation in farming and resolves the labor shortage problem to revitalize the rural community, but also significantly contributes to alleviating the burden on elderly and female farmers amid the deepening rural aging phenomenon.
