In Giresun, hazelnut prices on the free market have fallen to 250 lira over the past month, while producers who still have products in their possession have postponed their expectations for prices to rise again until after the new year. Starting the season at 270 lira, hazelnut prices quickly rose to 350 lira, but in the last month, they have experienced a drop of approximately 100 lira.
