The article provides an overview of the impact of the Russia-Ukraine conflict on milk and beef production in Ukraine, highlighting a decrease in production in the first quarter of 2023 compared to the previous year. Despite the conflict, industrial farms have adapted and increased milk production, while household production has seen a decrease. The regions with the highest milk production growth include Zakarpattia, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Khmelnytsky, Rivne, and Cherkasy.
