The Sevastopol authorities claim that they signed a memorandum with a number of retail chains to contain prices for a number of products, including in 2021. First of all, we are talking about retail prices for butter and sugar. “Let me remind you that on the instructions of the President of Russia, the maximum retail prices for granulated sugar - 46 rubles, sunflower oil - 110 rubles per liter. Since last week, retail chains have been fulfilling the agreement, and we have established this after monitoring. Today they have joined this agreement in writing, ”said Vadim Kirpichnikov, director of the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Market of the Russian government of Sevastopol. According to him, the authorities signed a memorandum on holding retail prices in 2021 for 20 key socially significant food groups: meat, butter, milk, eggs, dairy products, vegetables, fruits.
