Önder Farmer Production and Marketing Cooperative, will be implemented by the Trakya Development Agency under the Social Development Support Program of the Ministry of Industry and Technology. Financed 51 percent by the Ministry of Industry and Technology and with a total budget of 9 million 770 thousand Turkish Liras, the project aims to transform drought-resistant sorghum into high added value products such as gluten-free flour instead of low-income feed raw materials.
