During the first seven months of this year, Argentina's total exports of agricultural products reached $23.423 billion, including a 4.3% contribution from fishery exports. However, the overall export earnings decreased by 3.6% compared to the previous year. The main destinations for these products were Asia, with earnings of $427 million, followed by Europe with $261 million, North America with $126 million, and South America with $86 million. Among the exported aquatic products, shrimp tails generated the highest revenue, followed by squid, whole shrimp, and cod steaks. However, the export volume and value of whole shrimp decreased by 16.8% and 31.9% respectively, while the squid export value decreased by 24% year-on-year.
