According to Lipetskstat, as of the beginning of August, the livestock herd in the Lipetsk region numbered 114.9 thousand heads, including 42.6 thousand cows. The main part of the cattle was kept in agricultural organizations—72.3 thousand heads, or 62.9% of the total livestock.
