To this end, a new federal project "Development of Small Agrobusiness" is being developed. The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia proposes to amend the rules for the provision and distribution of federal subsidies to regions for the stimulation of potato and vegetable production, to adjust the conditions of state support for seed producers, and to change the coefficients for the production of protected ground vegetables and berries. From the relevant rules attached to the state program for the development of agriculture and the regulation of markets for agricultural products, raw materials, and food, state support for citizens conducting personal subsidiary farms (PSP) and applying the special tax regime "Tax on professional income" will be excluded.
