At the end of January, the first Oilseed Forum of the Volga Region was held in Saratov, organized by the AgroIndustrial Union of the Volga Region, Ural, and Siberia. The event became a new industry platform for dialogue between agricultural producers, processors, science, financial institutions, and authorities. The forum brought together more than two hundred representatives of the agrarian business and the expert community from the Volga Region and was dedicated to key issues of the development of oilseed crops—sunflower, soybean, rapeseed, and flax—under climatic, technological, and market challenges.
