In Ukraine, European hygienic requirements for the production and circulation of mineral and spring waters will work

On May 19, the Ministry of Justice registered the order of the Ministry of Economy 41741 of April 12 "On approval of the Hygienic requirements for the production and circulation of natural mineral waters and spring waters." The order determines the hygienic requirements for: production and circulation of natural mineral water and spring water; equipment and technological equipment used during the above processes; natural mineral and spring water treatment. The order will also regulate the issue of labeling and application of certain types of claims to natural mineral and spring water (such as: "stimulates digestion", "suitable for cooking for babies", etc.).
