In Voronezh, at the Central Russian Grain Forum, issues of production of grain and technical raw materials were discussed

Advisor to the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Center for Grain Quality Assessment" Yuri Chistyakov spoke at the VIII Central Russian Grain Forum, which took place on July 4, 2024 in Voronezh. The event was held with the support of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Voronezh Region. Traditionally, issues of the grain complex of the Russian Federation and legislative regulation of the industry, the main trends and prospects for the development of the grain market, breeding achievements, the production of grain and technical raw materials, as well as the brewing industry were discussed. Yuri Chistyakov told participants about state monitoring of grain quality and the procedure for its implementation, as well as about Russian brewing in the face of new challenges, the quality of malting barley and malt in recent years.
