The Head of Iranian Fishery Organization, Seyyed Hossein Hosseini, has revealed plans to expand caviar export markets in order to double Iran's caviar exports by 2025. He also emphasized the need for Caspian Sea littoral states to specify their share in the reconstruction of caviar fish reserves. Currently, surgeon (caviar) fish farming takes place in 22 provinces of Iran.
