Iran's horticultural exports experienced a 12.2% increase in the first half of the fiscal year, totaling € 2.1 billion and over 3.7 million tonnes, despite the Covid-19 pandemic. The top exports included pistachios, tomatoes, apples, potatoes, and peaches, with pistachios seeing the largest growth. This follows a 2.3% increase in tonnage but an 8.9% decrease in value in the previous fiscal year, according to the Ministry of Agriculture.
