Gazi Agriculture Inc., a subsidiary of Osmangazi Municipality, offers meals made from vegetables produced without chemical fertilizers or agricultural chemicals from ancestral seeds at affordable prices at the City Restaurant. Founded by Osmangazi Municipality with the aim of supporting agricultural development and increasing the city's production potential, Gazi Agriculture Inc. began trial productions on a 10-acre area at Hamidiye Agriculture Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in May, within the framework of a protocol, contributing significantly to the agricultural sector since the Ottoman period. Gazi Agriculture, which conducts studies to produce, develop, and protect local seed varieties and offer them to citizens, also sends its naturally produced vegetables to the City Restaurant kitchen.
