South Korea: Jeollanam-do opens the first local government’s permanent store for agricultural and fishery products in Europe

Jeollanam-do announced that it had recently opened the first European store for agricultural and fishery products in Jeollanam-do at the Pan Asia store in Vienna, Austria, the first local government in the country. 62 Jeonnam products from 15 companies, including Boseong green tea, roasted laver, Damyang Hangwa, seaweed noodles, and shiitake, entered the Jeonnam permanent store. A second additional item worth $150,000 will be shipped in October, including Jangheung Armi Rice. In the future, it is expected that the export of agricultural and fishery products in Jeollanam-do will exceed $1.2 million per year through the permanent store.
