Jeonnam Province is accepting applications for agricultural disaster insurance and agricultural income stabilization insurance for four items—buckwheat, autumn cabbage, autumn napa cabbage, and autumn radish—until September to prepare for natural disasters and market price declines. Jeonnam Province will support 90% of the insurance premiums with national and local funds. The regions eligible for enrollment and the application periods for each item are as follows: buckwheat (Jeonnam) until September 19, autumn cabbage until September 5, autumn napa cabbage (Haenam) until September 12, and autumn radish (Yeongam, Muan, Naju) until September 26.
