Jeonnam Province, additional applications for organic fertilizer support program until November 5

The Jeonnam Province is accepting additional applications for the 2025 Organic Fertilizer Support Program until November 5. Eligible applicants include farms that did not apply for the organic fertilizer support program this year, farms with increased registered farmland area in agricultural management entities, and farms that applied for the support program but received less than the previous year. The types of supported fertilizers include three kinds of organic fertilizers (mixed oil cake, mixed organic matter, and organic complex) and two kinds of matured organic fertilizers (livestock manure compost and compost), with subsidies of 1,600 won per 20kg bag for organic fertilizers and 1,300 to 1,600 won per bag for matured organic fertilizers. Additionally, farmers in the Jeonnam region can receive up to an additional 300 won per bag when purchasing locally produced fertilizers.
