Various authorities attended to witness the loading operation of the MV Shandong Fu Yi ship, including Wang Wei, the ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Argentina; Maximiliano Pullaro, governor of Santa Fe; Gustavo Puccini, provincial minister of Productive Development; and Antonio Fiorenza, mayor of Timbúes. Also present were Agustín Tejeda, undersecretary of Agro-Food Markets and International Insertion of the National Government, Wei Dong, CEO of COFCO International; Sun Bao, Chairman of COFCO Trading, and the aforementioned Romero.
